Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that keep Kings Grind Music a safe, professional place to commission original music and audio branding.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Kings Grind Music website, submits a project brief, pays for services, downloads deliverables, or communicates with us about a project. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to follow this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Kings Grind Music or any music, files or services we provide to:
- Break the law or facilitate fraud. This includes money laundering, tax evasion, misrepresenting your identity, or using stolen payment details.
- Infringe intellectual property or personality rights. You may not ask us to copy, sample, recreate or closely imitate another artist's recording, melody, beat or composition without proper rights, or use our deliverables in a way that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights.
- Harass, abuse or promote hate. We do not produce content that harasses, threatens, defames, discriminates against, or promotes violence or hatred toward any individual or group.
- Create sexual exploitation content. We do not produce music or audio branding for content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers minors, or that depicts non-consensual sexual acts.
- Deceive or impersonate. You may not impersonate Kings Grind Music, our team, another artist, brand or public figure, or mislead others about the source or ownership of the work.
- Attack the site or its users. This includes uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or attempting to bypass access controls, authentication or payment flows.
- Resell or redistribute without permission. You may not resell, sublicense, share broadly, or redistribute our services, catalogue tracks, project files, stems or artwork beyond the usage rights granted in your written licence.
- Circumvent payment or access controls. This includes reverse-engineering the checkout, sharing download links, or using the site through unauthorised automated means.
3. Your responsibilities
When you send us reference tracks, vocals, lyrics, artwork, logos, brand names or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights to share them with us and that their use in your project does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for obtaining any clearances, permissions or licences needed for those materials before they are used in a final public release.
You also agree to provide accurate contact and payment information, respond to project communications in a timely manner, and use the deliverables only within the scope of the written licence we agree for your project.
4. Enforcement
Kings Grind Music may refuse to accept a project, suspend work, withhold deliverables, or terminate access to the site and services if we believe this policy has been violated. In cases of serious or repeated misuse, we may also report the activity to the appropriate payment provider, platform or law enforcement authority.
Where a violation causes us to stop work, any deposit already paid may be handled according to our Refund Policy, taking into account how much work has already been performed.
5. Cooperation with lawful requests
We may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, courts, regulators or payment providers, including preserving or disclosing information when required by applicable law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or risks change. The version published here at the time of your use or purchase is the version that applies.
7. Contact
